I am a nervous Nelly in general, so when stress comes up it’s really hard to handle. The first time I took this I put it in my water to drink 30 min before I had to do public speaking. The tension just melted everywhere: neck, head, jaw, lungs. And I was able to breath. It helped my thoughts to slow down too. I’ve been using this consistently for about a year now and can’t imagine going without it.

This serum is absolutely amazing! It tastes so refreshing and I love how it makes my body feel. I love mixing this in either a flavor carbonated sparkling water by itself, or with the sparkling water and apple cider and apples in the fall for a fun flavored, relaxing mocktail.

As a chronically anxious person this is SO GOOD! I work at a coffee shop, so I keep my bottle right under the register and on days when I am just too stressed/anxious/nervous, I’ll add the recommended amount to any drink and a few minutes later I feel extremely calm and much much better! Lovely brand too.

okay this stuff is actually amazing. You feel an effect immediately. I put it in my smoothie & half way through I was already feeling uplifted. 100% would recommend & purchase again.
