These are quality b6 in a nice shape

When I first bought these, I was hoping for less tender breasts each month. What I wasn't expecting was that I would also get clearer skin and brighter moods around that time too. I hadn't thought of these as problems before, but now they're gone I miss them like holes in the head. I haven't had any undesirable side effects and would recommend this product to anyone. One observation I would make is that for me the benefits weren't immediate, but were evident before I'd got half way through the pack.

A good quality and reasonably priced product. Arrived quickly and was well packaged. I haven't had the tablets lab tested to cape rift that they do indeed contain vitamin B6, but I'm a trustful person!

These vitamins are excellent value for money, I'm coeliac with intolerances to eggs and dairy too and it's a nightmare to find vitamins that don't contain these ingredients. I'm really pleased with my purchase and will be buying from seller again when I've run out.

These vitamins have really helped alleviate my PMDD. they are not a quick fix as they have taken about 2.5 months to really help life my symptoms. If you're suffering with PMT/PMDD, I would recommend giving these a try, but do bear in mind that they take a while to have an impact :-)

I feel brighter and less violent towards my partner when taking these, plus actually found out online that it can help you lose a few pounds too. I feel much less sluggish and healthier. Don't take more than the stated dose though as it can have side effects.

Bought b6 along with some other vitamins after researching for a little while. On average my health is ok but does need a boost. They arrived in fairness really quickly in a big box and i followed to dosage of one a day then if needed increase to two. I took them for a month or so and didnt see a change in my well being what i did notice is, that i had tingling in my thighs like i was getting a bruise and i felt sick. I didnt think this was anything to do with tablets so continued. I gave them another week still felt rubbish so stopped, i have since stopped feeling sick and the strange sensation in my legs has stopped. I still continue with evening primerose tablets i bought and have taken the before without issue so i believe that the b6 tablets were just not for me. The quality of the tablets was good but i just had a reaction to them. It does say that after a while you should have a break from them, it also says that a lot of b6 can be found in everyday food we eat so i am going to do just that and eat healtheir foods that naturally contain b6.
