Umbrella, Compact Strong Windproof Automatic Umbrellas, Folding Lightweight, Portable Travel Golf Umbrella for Rain

Quite simply, I am very pleased with this umbrella. It comes with a cover which has not been re-applied since it was removed shortly after I received the parcel and unwrapped it. It's just another step in the process and, to be honest, the small strap which keeps the unfurled umbrella wrapped up neatly is more than sufficient. As of the time of writing this review, the cover has found its way into the bottom kitchen drawer where it will probably live out its life in comfort alongside a plethora of other 'better hang onto that, just in case' items. The umbrella itself, though. Nice. There's a weight to it which simply adds to the sturdy feel, but not enough to make it unwieldy or tiresome on the arm when in use. Most likely this comes from the solid shaft and ribs which, once again, give a certain peace of mind that it won't give at the first strong gust of wind. In fact, I suspect that if you were to unfurl it during gale force winds you may find yourself on a Mary Poppins-esque journey with the umbrella as opposed to it simply folding inside out. The single button operation is very 'positive' and responsive. One press and POP - it's unfurled. Another press and another pop, the umbrella collapses in at the end of the extended shaft, requiring you to push it down to the handle in order to wrap the strap around to store it away. The canopy, when unfurled, is generous enough to provide for one person comfortably. Since purchase I've not experienced cause to use the umbrella as the weather has remained remarkably mild during my excursions into the outside world, but as I walk my daughter to school and back I do carry this with me now - just in case. I reserve the right to amend this review at a later date should I find any issues with it preventing me from being soaked, but if there are no revisions you may take it as a positive sign that the umbrella has done its job to keep me dry during these daily walks to and fro. In summary: Nice and sturdy feel with quick and positive open/close action. Very pleased to welcome this into my armoury against the onslaught of the British weather. :-)

Been using these for around four years now and can happily recommend for the most part; the umbrella is reasonably sturdy, quite compact and looks very good - it also dries quite quickly when left open. It's fairly good at dealing with wind and rain but does struggle into harsher conditions - it can be braced effectively into the wind but is easily blown inside out if the wind catches it from the other direction. It's fairly durable at that; it has to be severe winds to cause damage. It's a good size, though the umbrella's design and materials seem to have changed in the last year or so - it's slightly smaller than it used to be and it uses more plastic than before, but still a good product for its pricing. The customer support team is also very prompt and willing to help if issues occur; I had a recent buy break far sooner than expected and it was replaced within a few weeks free of charge.

This is a decent size umbrella, both when folded and opened with the added bonus of being windproof. It is not totally lightweight, but light enough to carry without becoming tiring, ensuring a good sturdy build. The strap is well placed allowing the user to sleep or over their hand comfortably, this ensuring the umbrella will not blow away in a strong gust. The spring loaded mechanism has a good strong catch when closing, which will take some time to get used to as it has quite a bit of force pushing to open the umbrella, but once accustomed it becomes easy to use. A cover is also provided, which is handy when needing to bring indoors after a downpour, or just travelling with the umbrella, to prevent it getting caught on anything. There is also a strap to secure the umbrella when closed. The button to open it is quite secure and I'd recommend pressing it when closing the umbrella as well to allow the mechanism to lock up easier. When slipping on the case, twist the umbrella into it for ease.

The TechRise umbrella is well made and feels sturdy, but in person it looks much smaller than expected.

This was bought as a book light, however I've found it to be much more useful. When I first opened the packaging I thought that it looked a little large to be a book light as it has a bigger base than I was expecting. That larger base makes it more useful though and despite not being paper thin, the whole light is really quite light. I'll give my thoughts on it as a book light first before moving to it's other benefits. The light attaches easily via a strong clip to either a book or kindle - as it's so light you hardly notice it's there. The clip has a rubberised end for grip and to protect the surface it's attached to - it's also hinged to it has a firm grip on many different surfaces, not just books. There a two settings for brightness and I find the lowest setting is perfect for reading. The base is made of strong plastic and the articulated arm can be put in nearly any position and will stay there. I can't give an exact figure for how long the battery lasts between charges as I've yet to run it down! Let's just say it's clearly many hours and you're not going to need to charge it very often. The battery is rechargeable and comes with a charge cable included. Whilst I bought it as a book light, the larger base means that the lamp can also be used a freestanding lamp on any flat surface and won't topple over. It can also be clipped to desks, work surfaces and, I've found, even poles, so you can position nearly anywhere that you'd like some extra light (this is where the higher brightness setting comes into its own!). This could be at a desk or for shedding some light whilst doing arts and crafts etc. The included power cable means that there's no need to worry about the battery running flat as you can easily keep it plugged in when using it in these circumstances. Superbly well made and much more useful than just a book light, highly recommended. Absolutely awful. I took it away for a trip and it would not stay open at all. Got Absolutely soaking wet and had to put it in the bin.

For the money, this is a decent enough brolly... But I'll start with the bad - it blows inside out with only a breath of wind, likely due to the lightness of the materials used in the design. Speaking of weight, the umbrella is nice and light. Perfect for elderly or those who don't have the strength to lug a heavy brolly around. The design is good. The brolly comes folded down compact then you point it away from your body and release a button and it pops up nicely. You then press the same button whilst pushing the top of the brolly down towards you to put it down again, but it's easy enough to fathom. Overall decent but be aware if you live by the coast (like me) or somewhere else windy then you may need to invest in something heavier and stronger. Three and a half stars out of five. I know I put four but you cannot make halves so I am making one here.

Le parapluie pliant automatique de TechRise est un excellent produit ! J'ai été impressionné(e) par sa qualité de construction et sa durabilité. Il m'a protégé(e) efficacement contre les intempéries, avec une étanchéité parfaite même sous une pluie battante. De plus, le mécanisme automatique d'ouverture et de fermeture fonctionne à la perfection, ce qui le rend extrêmement pratique à utiliser, surtout lorsque les mains sont occupées. Bien que j'aie rencontré une fois un retournement, le parapluie est resté intact, ce qui témoigne de sa robustesse. En somme, je recommande vivement ce parapluie TechRise pour sa fiabilité, sa praticité et son excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Efter ett par dagar, och utan att ha använt det ute i någon vind alls så slutade det fungera. Går inte att fälla upp helt, och det går heller inte att fälla ihop. Fem stjärnor dock till amazon som gjorde återbetalning omgående.

Llego en tiempo y forma. Esta muy bien, es regulable de intensidad y luz fría/cálida con lo cuales menos es cansado para los ojos. Un plus tremendo que sea recargable USB, tenia uno a pilas y duraban poquísimo y era un gasto respectabele. Lo uso para leer en la cama y en viajes largos. Muy recomendable para eso fines. Pesa muy poco y tiene un agarre sólido.

Il cavo HDMI si presenta bene, robusto e solido (ha un rivestimento in telaio). Ottimo trasferimento dati nessum problema video o audio; l’ho testato dal mio PC (notebook) a un monitor 40” in Full HD non ho riscontrato nessun problema. Il cavo è un HDMI-HDMI e non mini HDMI. Naturalmente spedizione e consegna sono state velocissime come sempre, il pacco è stato consegnato integro senza nessun problema. Prodotto arrivato nei tempi previsti Consigliato a tutti.

Ich habe heute dieses HDMI-Kabel erhalten, da bei meinem neuen Zweitbildschirm kein passendes dabei war. Angeschlossen an meine Laptop-Dockingstation und an den Bildschirm schon ging es los, der Bildschirm zeigte wunderbar alles an. Für mich sind weder Qualitätsunterschiede noch große Verzögerungen erkennbar. Alles in allem kann ich das Produkt also allen empfehlen, die ein HDMI-Kabel für Beamer, Bildschirme oder was auch immer benötigen ;)
