this tagine is second one I bought. the previous one has been returned as turned out it was not really a tagine. this one is wonderful, well made. arrived extremely well packed. it cooks delicious dishes and it also well decorated, so, you can just put it on the table as serve food out of it. In fact I purchased two - for my son's family and for myself. what I especially like is the top of the cone is not getting hot, so no need for protection as you will not burn your hands. I think it is because it made out of clay, not like these chinese cast iron ones.

I bought the larger one and I have used it twice already. I had taken a cooking course in Marrakech and loved that cuisine. Quite lovely. Food comes out moist and tasty Be sure to follow directions for seasoning the tagine pot prior to first use (soak in water overnight, dry it, wipe it well in olive oil, place in oven at 325 for 2 hours)

excellent service and seller was quick to response and will give you best solution if you have any issue. the tagine clay pot is very beautiful and hand crafted with good quality doesn't come in contact with food. this pottery is huge and worth the exceptional price.it heat up very fast and cook slow but your chicken or meat comes out so tender you won't regret using it. they shipped very fast and item arrived in few days. would recommend everyone.
