Black touch up paint for Tesla

I was a bit skeptical about this product because the price was fairly low. I was pleasantly surprised, the color match was perfect down to the size of the metallic in my original paint. It was easy to apply and the scratches and rock chips disappeared. I did prep the surface by using alcohol. After the paint dried, I polished with a rag and some automotive polish. The polish really helped to even out the surface. My scratches and rock chips were fairly small. It may be difficult to get a perfect repair with larger damage.

Excellent color match for 2023 Tesla Model Y Multi-Red (PPMR). Needed to touch up door ding and it's a perfect match. Paint goes on easily with small brush on the end and dries to a match with original paint. Very pleased and would purchase again.

My Model Y lift gate hit the top of a parking garage. It chipped the paint. So I ordered this to try and fix it. The paint worked really well and dried within 20 minutes. I couldn’t get the pen to work so I used the brush inside. It looks decent enough to spend this vs $1000 having it fixed professionally.

What are people thinking? These 5 star reviews with pics show how terrible this looks. It's basically white out. The best option is to avoid buying a tesla, given how thin their paint is. This is a known issue with tesla. We have 7 electric cars with our company, but only the tesla has chipped paint.

Not bad at all with the price. You can expect a professional touch up using this. But, It can patch a small scratch and prevent further peeling of the color coat.

Color matches 2025 new Model Y perfectly (stealth grey). Easy to do, just brush it on. Is it professional quality? Not exactly. To get that you need way more than just a quick brushing. So if you want a passable result and don't want to put in a lot of effort, this is perfect.

The SYOAUTO Pearl White PPSW Touch Up Paint matches pretty well with Tesla’s Pearl White and applies easily, which is great for covering small chips and scratches. The applicator is straightforward to use, and the finish blends decently if you take your time. That said, the amount of paint provided is pretty limited. It’s fine for a couple of small touch-ups, but if you’re planning to cover multiple areas or larger blemishes, you’ll run out quickly. For the price, I expected a bit more product. Overall, it works as advertised, but just be aware you’re not getting much paint for the money. Good for quick fixes, but not ideal if you need more coverage.
