It has totally done the job for me!
I had a really loud and annoying wining noise after fitting an aftermarket head unit and this little buddy got rid of all that for me, I connected it straight to the back of the head unit and then connected the other end to my RCA cables and the horrible noise was just gone, very efficient little device this one is.

Bulky but does the job
The unit is a lot larger than I expected, but it does the job perfectly. Sadly I can't hide it in the car but that's my problem.
