They didn’t work for me
These didn’t work for me. I wanted these to help with heavier DB lifts such as RDLs & lunges. I have small hands so the thick DBs handles are tricky when they get heavy! These hardly wrap around them and don’t give you any extra lift or support at all. When they arrived it’s like the padding that goes around the bar/db was on backwards. However they are easy to use, good quality and fit well! The link is also pretty and they are comfy. I went to regular wrist wraps after purchasing these and they are so much better! Shame really.
