Is there a recipe, like the amount that you can use each time?

The product itself does not come with recipes. If you want to use it as a topping for rice, grind some saffron with a mortar and pestle or with the back of a spoon until you have about 1/4 tsp of saffron. Dissolve in a few tablespoons of oil and pour on top of rice. You should able to find recipes online.

There is no organic label in the photo. Is there one of the package when it arrives?

what can I use to make saffron tea?

I just crush a pinch of the saffron between my fingers and put it in a cup of hot water and let it steep. I add a mint leaf to mine
