This tincture helps me to relax before bedtime. I like that it's organic. It has a pleasant taste and is easy to take. it's much better than taking tablets or capsules.

I love this, add it to tea or if I’ve had a rough day I just take the dripper in my mouth to help with sleep. Worked well when I was sicky too, added to star anise tea (natural tamiflu). I also like that it doesn’t taste bad, kinda taste like lemon balm tea

This really works. It says you absorb the lemon balm in a few minutes. I would say this is true. I have been taking it a few minutes before bed for a couple weeks now and I definitely notice a difference in how I feel more relaxed and sleepy. I also like this Wild and Organic company because it is alcohol free and organic. I’ve bought other tinctures from them before and haven’t been disappointed yet.
