Really useful in the application of semi cured gels. It does feel like the head might pop off with heavy handed use, which would be a pain, but it certainly hasn't been a problem for me. Use the hoof to squish your gel strips into place firmly without denting or damaging the surface. I had great results.

This little tool is so wonderful for your cuticles. Get rid of hard plastic/wooden cuticle pushers. It is expensive, but so glad I purchased it.

This pusher is very gentle and does slip and poke into your cuticle (like the wooden ones). The plastic is sturdy, it's easy to use (it has substance and is not fiddly), and I feel like it is clean after washing. I highly recommend!

After reading the good reviews, I picked up this cuticle pusher and it works quite well. I do like that the end is like a rubber stopper so you can just wash it and it is good to use over and over again. It is much softer to use on your cuticles than those wooden sticks you get at the store. I do have awful cuticles, but my natural nails do grow very well. I just try to keep them cleaned up looking. Using this with a little bit of a cuticle remover type of cream did a great job and didn’t damage my cuticles whatsoever. I think the price is great since you can use this endlessly.

I'm not a nail buff, but I have cuticle issues and thought this might help. It's okay, but I wouldn't buy it again.
