This tea is delicious! I Add a teeny pinch of Organic Stevia, (not the Stevia you buy in the supermart). It does smell like an herb a bit, not an unpleasant smell - however it doesn't taste like it. It really tastes nice! As for what it helps with, we'll see. It certainly isn't hurting anything that's for sure. I recommend it.
