Yes, the table is metal and holds magnets well. I have several on the ends of my tables and they hold dish cloths and other items. Be sure to get really strong magnets or the weight of the hung items might pull the magnet off from the table.

i have a mini fridge thats 34 inches call could it fit under it?

I have a mini-fridge as well that sits at 33-1/4". The bottom edge of the table sits at 33-1/2 inches, so my fridge would clear by 1/4". However, in order to do that, I'd have to take out the shelf underneath, which not only gives you additional storage space, but also adds a lot of stability. The legs are adjustable on the bottom, so theoretically, you should be able to adjust it high enough to get the fridge underneath and still keep it level, provided you take out the shelf.
