The pill are small and easy to swallow just took my first one today so It will take a while before I can tell if they work

Pretty expensive but provides 10mg zeaxanthin(?sp) and 10 mg Lutein without any other vitamins or minerals which my eye doctor recommended for controlling macular degeneration.

The sellar-Less expensive than going through my eye doctor. Only been delayed once. I don’t notice any difference but, I don’t see the optometrist until next year. I’ll know more once they check my eyes.
