My best high quality option for performing oil changes on my Land Rover LR4. This full synthetic oil meets the uncommon LR specification to protect my engines component without being absurdly expensive. I really appreciate the functionality of the built in extendable spout as it makes pouring the oil substantially easier and helps minimize drips.

I bought and use this to performance on a 2013 Range Rover Autobiography with the Jaguar 5.0 L Supercharged V8. I have purchased many Liqui Moly products in the past and this product is exceptional as always, This is 2nd time I purchasing this oil; last time was a little over two years ago. Lab tests on my old oil suggests there still good life in it, but I felt not changing over two years didn't sit right mentally. The vehicle is garaged and only driven about 7500 miles in the last two years. Cost wise it's expensive but compared to the factory Castrol it's half the price. Also as these are sold in Liters there is no guesswork involved. One oil service is 8 L. The 5 L jug is clearly marked on the side. so I have 2 L left over for the next service which I will do closer to the one-year mark. As for the jugs themselves, they are well designed to be easy to pour. To open you pull up the spout then unscrew the cap. To recycle my old oil, I can remove the retention ring with the spout out of the way I can then dump my used oil back in there to store until I head to the recycling. Top shelf stuff and definitely recommended.
