Melissa & Doug Jet Pilot Interactive Wooden Dashboard Toy

Gave this to our 4 yr old grandson for his birthday. He was instantly obsessed with it. He’s been at it constantly, including in his car seat, which is pretty cool to see him “flying” down the road from the back seat. The design is engaging and fun. The item is wood and plastic, and well built.

This is awesome, our kids love it! Way more features than I had expected, the instrument panel lights up, it has a bunch of different knobs and buttons that all do things, best of all it isn’t obnoxiously loud, it has a ton of things for them to play around with.

My 3 year old and 8 month old both love this toy. Very easy to assemble, it turns off on its own if left on (amazing feature), you can speak into the microphone and it repeats what you say, says hello in many languages which adds educational value, and it’s a good size. It was a hit on Christmas. Do not regret this purchase!

My grandson loves this toy. He really thinks that he is flying a plane . My granddaughter liked it as well.

My daughter (and her pilot dad) LOVE IT!!!!

We got the Melissa & Doug Jet Pilot Interactive Dashboard for my daughter (who is obsessed with anything flight-related), and it has been such a sweet, engaging toy for imaginative play. The design is adorable and very well made — sturdy wood construction, smooth knobs, and bright but not overstimulating colors that feel classic instead of flashy plastic. What I love most is how interactive it is. The spinning dials, switches, and buttons keep little hands busy, and it really encourages pretend play. My toddler loves “flying” and pretending she’s in the cockpit, which is especially meaningful in our home since Daddy is a pilot. It gives her a fun, hands-on way to connect to that world in a way that’s age-appropriate. The sounds are gentle (not obnoxious), and the features are simple enough for younger toddlers to understand but still interesting enough to grow with them. It’s also great for fine motor skills — turning knobs, flipping switches, and pressing buttons all keep her engaged longer than most toys. Another big plus: it doesn’t require screens, lights that are too flashy, or loud music to hold attention. It’s one of those toys that sparks imagination instead of overstimulation, which I really appreciate. If your child loves planes, vehicles, or pretend play, this is absolutely worth it. It’s durable, thoughtfully designed, and has quickly become one of our most-used toys during playtime and little “flight deck” adventures.

My kid loves this. My main annoyance is with the little paper checklist that slides into place. It keeps falling out and keeps getting lost and as a parent that is frustrating. The other annoying thing is that the top part comes with different scenes you can change out the window view but its hard to get them in and out especially for a kid and im constantly having to do it. However, the quality, the sounds, the features, all great. As i said my kid loves this and thats what really matters.

This is the coolest toy! It's full of gadgets and fun for children. Even the adults wanted a turn!

Bought this for my 5 year old son who loves all things to do with planes. This toy was well worth the money, and he hasn’t stopped playing with it since he got it. It has so many cool features and buttons, he loves the voice recorder messages he can make and the headset. Haven’t had any problems with the scrolling scenery as others have yet. It’s a well made and sturdy toy!
