This pitcher works GREAT! The water tastes so good after filtering it through. I used bottled water as well as tap water, and either way, it still tastes crisp and clean! Decent sized pitcher, so easy to clean, set-up, and use! Soak the filter for 10 mins in cold water and then use it! It is a durable pitcher, no leakage. Not too heavy. Perfect design!

I have a waterdrop RO system and it works great. One problem with it, the water from the RO system has very low ph, as expected, and tastes bitter. This pitcher solves that problem. I just fill it with water from the RO system and it mineralizes it. Taste much better. Cant wait to make coffee with it as the water directly from the RO system makes the coffee taste bitter as well.

This is a great product. Easy to change filter. Large capacity of water. Fits well in the refrigerator. I did experience a problem with the indicator that tells you when the filter needs replacing. I contacted their support team and Olivia was outstanding. She replaced my whole pitcher, and even sent me an extra filter free. Thanks Olivia!

Very easy to set up. Make filtered water as you need it in minutes Pitcher is very sturdy and easy to clean. Long lasting Has an indicator light when filter need replacing My dogs seem to enjoy the filtered water since they are drinking more water Note: I got the alkaline filter first but changed to the regular since the alkaline water can upset a dogs chemistry per my vet. I drink more water too! Coffee tastes so much better. Couldn’t be more pleased. Note: I’ve just discovered the alkaline pitcher is not meant to work with non alkaline filters. I will need to get the classic pitcher instead

This is a nice, well designed pitcher. It is easy to pour from, and you can pour before the top part is empty. This is a nice feature. I also like that there is a port on the lid, for ease of filling. I have public water that is not very good out of the tap, and it has a significant chlorine smell. I also have a Brita filtering pitcher. Alone, the Brita filters the water and takes out the chlorine smell, but the water still isn’t good. Alone, the Waterdrop is about the same, but the water tastes moderately better. So… the magic combination for me is to filter once through the Brita, then use that water to fill the Waterdrop. This water tastes as good as bottled, and think it is alkaline water but no way to actually determine that. I would recommend this product, but for my water, it is a two step process. I had to rate it as a 4 since it wasn’t a one pour solution for me. It might be for others.

So far so good! I bought the bigger version of this that has a spout that’s in the fridge, but I wanted a counter pitcher too for filling my coffee machine, and because I don’t always want cold water. Water is yummy. Filters quickly, doesn’t leak, comfortable to pour from.

Had an issue with the filter monitor in the lid and worked with Harper to resolve the issue. I received an entirely new water container with 3 additional filters. Harper went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. THIS IS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Harper!!!

Works better than expected. Will save a ton of money no longer having to buy bottled water.
