Wow, I didn't expect it to be this good. It's like sleeping on marshmallow. Let it fill up with properly and then it's just magical after. Honestly buy it. It's soft but also supporting. There is a slight cool feeling about it compared to a normal pillow.

I'd been without a memory foam pillow for a few months and have been using standard syle cotton pillows, which unfortunately have given me a very stiff neck.. I had forgotten just how lovely and comfortable these pillows actually are! From the second my head hit my new pillow I was in love with it.. It's like resting your head on a cloud.. After only one night using it my neck is already feeling a lot better, it really supports the weight of your head and because of that you sleep with your neck bones aligned with your spine, eliminating any unnecessary bending while you sleep.. The packaging is very classy and would be great to give to someone as a gift.. The pillow itself is tightly rolled up inside a plastic bag and when you pull it out it rises like it's taking in a very deep breath.. Some might argue that £38 is a lot of money to pay out on a pillow, but when you consider that you spend a third of your life resting on it I would say that it's a worthwhile investment and once you've spent a few nights sleeping on it you'll be kicking yourself for not getting one sooner... As you can probably tell, I'm over-the-moon with mine! 5 stars all the way!

Nice product if you're looking for a very soft foam. The pillow case is lovely, very well made. The case underneath can not be removed. Once unpacked looks the right size quick enough. It's smell to me it's not so bad, so I would say you would need to way one day, not much, to be able to use it. I personally had other foam pillows and I like them because they are thicker and harder than normal ones. This one is not the case. So if you're looking for a thin pillow, a soft foam, this is the right pillow for you. The foam it's not very hard, for me it's too soft, the pillow becomes thin when you lay on it. I see many people complaining about foam pillows because they are hard, to me, that's the purpose, to support the neck. This pillow doesn't support that much. Maybe you're a woman and like soft and thinner pillows. Maybe this will suit you. It didn't fit me. I had to return mine. But it's not a bad quality product. Quality is good depending on what you're looking for.

This pillow is AMAZING! I suffer badly from neck and shoulder pain.......not anymore since buying this pillow. It is soft yet supportive and has given me a week of sleep the likes of which I have not had in years.....ie a full 8 hours a night which is lovely compared to the 1-2 hours a night I used to get. Not only is it allowing me to get a decent nights sleep but I no longer wake up in agony. I wake up almost completely pain free now. I would recommend this pillow to anyone who wants a decent nights sleep or who suffers from neck or shoulder pain. The only downside to this pillow is that it is slightly smaller than my other pillows which fit into a standard pillowcase beautifully, this one does not quite fit as well, there is a bit of excess material. But it is minor, and something I am more than happy to live with given the sleep I get each night and lack of pain I now have each morning. Overall 5 stars all round.

When this arrived I was skeptical as I'm a huge fan of soft hotel style pillows and this was quite flat and firmer than I'm used to. But for the last few months I'd suffered from sore shoulders, headaches and every single night I woke up on and off with pins and needles in my arms. My shoulders felt very scrunched up in bed, so I thought that maybe I needed a more supportive pillow. Well I used this for the first time last night and I slept well on it. I had no shoulder pain, no headaches and no pins and needles! I am genuinely shocked and very impressed. I did use a regular pillow beneath it as it did seem quite flat but it worked for my aches and pains like that! Fingers crossed it keeps working!

For side sleepers, a pillow that is at least 10-15cm thick is recommended to properly support the shoulders when sleeping. Because of this I thought this pillow would be ideal for me at 13cm thick when ordering. Despite the label on the pillow saying this should be 13cm, it’s barely 9-10cm thick. It’s also very soft and provides absolutely no neck support. As it came vacuum packed I waited a few days as instructed for it to expand, but nothing has changed and I’m left with the impression that this is just another thin flimsy pillow. I’m baffled as to why it has so many good reviews.

The first pillow was great - great comfort and depth. My son loved it as a pillow to take to university in September 2022. However he left it at home during his Easter 2022 visit home so I went to the 'buy again' option and got another one sent direct to him 300 miles away. When it arrived he insisted it was smaller. I couldn't see how but having now come home I can compare, and measure and the second pillow is definitely shallower than the original despite measurements on the label being the same.

So I’m actually writing this..... can’t believe it, but here it is...... this pillow may have just changed my life! I suffer from arthritis. Not to bad, but my neck really gives me problems. And when I get out of bed, you’d think I was 80, not just short of 50. Working as an A&E doc, I have a crazy shift pattern, so that has totally messed up my sleep pattern. Add to that the neck pain,and sleep has become a big issue for me. But it looks like it’s all now fixed! I used the pillow for the first time today, having worked a gruelling night shift. No pain, no trying to find a comfortable position. Straight off to sleep! And I when I woke up, no creaking and slow movements. I almost leapt out of bed (ok, it’s good, but the arthritis is still there and even a great pillow ain’t curing that! - my leaping days are over). My head sinks into pillow, leaving my neck supported. It is quite soft, but I think it needs to be, to enable that kind of moulding. Previous memory foam pillows have had no give, so they didn’t work for me. I also have a very thin feather pillow under it, to get the exact height I need. It’s got a bit of a chemical smell, but that will fade. All in all, an excellent purchase!
