Pure Moxa Rolls Worth It
These pure moxa rolls are awesome for home moxibustion therapy. I’ve used them a few times for lower back pain and better circulation, and they burn super slow and even, without ash everywhere. One roll lasts about 45 minutes, perfect for acupuncture points. The smell is natural (herby), doesn’t stink like cheap ones, and the paper makes them easy to light and handle. They leave me feeling more relaxed and warm all over afterward. Totally recommend if you do moxa!

Helped my breech baby flip
I used these moxa sticks 1-2 times a day in conjunction with spinning babies and better posture, and my baby flipped back to head down. I dont know if these did anything, but they were inexpensive yet high quality

Smell worse than pot
Wither they work or not for pulling dampness out I don't know. They stunk of my bathroom so bad I won't be able to trial until warmer weather allows outside use. It took a good 2 weeks to neutralize the odor.
