UPDATE: Seller reached out to me and offered both a refund and a new product. I told them not to worry about the refund I just wanted another product that didn't leak. The seller has sent me a new product and also refunded 20% of the purchase price even though I said don't worry about it. Very good customer service, wish more places had this level of CS. For the updated review I'll say the one in my flowerbed is still working great with no leaks and just on the CS alone I'm changing to a 5star review. Bought 2 of these one for a garden soaker hose setup and one for a flowerbed soaker hose setup. Both come on twice a day for 15 minutes every 12 hours. Garden splitter worked great for about 1 month. Came back from vacation last week and my deck was soaked. Looked at the splitter and it is leaking from the valve on the side with the timer attached. When I turn it off the leak stops. I tried tightening the little screw to make sure it was all snug. As soon as I turn it back on there is a steady leak. The one for the flowerbed is doing fine so far, no leaks don't know if I got a lemon or what.

I have several 2-way heavy-duty metal hose splitters that have served me well for years. DBR Tech was one of my more recent purchases. Surprisingly, with this particular brand, both valve handles cracked within two summers of use and now spin freely without properly opening or shutting off the water flow. Importantly, it is not just one handle—both appear to be made from low-quality, brittle plastic rather than a rugged, durable material as expected. I did not experience this issue with other hose splitters I purchased previously from different brands, which have held up significantly better under similar conditions.

I recently purchased the Hose Splitter 2 Way, and I’m really impressed with its performance. Update: After writing this review the seller offered a refund AND a replacement item. They certainly want their customers to be happy. It looks like what I wanted in a splitter doesn't exist for less than $35 - a heavy duty item that doesn't leak and has valve handles that are easy to turn on and off. As a seller I would certainly recommend them - my original product I purchased I would not recommend. The nickel plated splitter replacement is certainly a good product, but has the pitfall of tiny handles and very tight stiff valves (keeps them from leaking). Original: Ordered this item in April. Sent email to provider that unit did not couple well with hoses and leaked terribly. They have a no questions asked guaranty, They responded quickly to my email. I requested a brass replacement, (actually $1 less). After 3 days I received a box, but it had another plastic unit. Rather than going through the trouble of return / replacement, I used the 2nd unit they sent to check if it worked better. It was OK for a few weeks, but now the shutoff lever broke. I sent ANOTHER email, but they have not responded so far. Just looking to have a working product. In the interim (since they didn't respond to my second emai) I ordered a brass unit from another seller. Brass are much more heavy duty, but the valve levers are always very small and are hard to turn. Still waiting for a reply from original seller. I will give them a second star since the original email was answered promptly, but don't buy this product, it is inferior.

Absolutely love this! It works perfect for two hoses at the same time. I have a lot of water in my backyard so I keep one hose on my hand and the other one on the ground watering a different plant. The water flow is good on both the hoses, if it perfectly on my spout it comes with a rubber ring, but I did not need to use for my hose.

I have bought many hose splitters over the years but this has been the best one yet. My wife loves the larger on and off handles, she can turn them with ease and never break a fingernail. I have two of them right now and I use them every day. The last one I bought about 2 months ago developed a slight leak at the valve so it was allowing water to seep out of the nozzle when it was turned off. No matter how hard I turned off the valve I couldn't get it to stop. I emailed the company telling them about the problem and they immediately sent out a replacement which I received in a couple of days. These guy are the best, no if's, and's or but's , no questions asked just one to confirm my mailing address and that was it. I would certainly buy from this company again, we need more companies like this.
