What does it smell like?

It smells sweet like a grape mango coconutty type scent. Not overwhelming, and it smells clean, i just took a shower and used it and my hair still smells good. Like it lasts forever. I love it. Plus it was recommended by a dermatologist I know.

Does this shampoo makes the hair soft or dry?

As I said we use it . Straight, rinse with cool water. Hair soft and clean. We use it 1/4 shampoo,1/4 70% alcohol 1/4 water blend easily together wash and cool rinse hair is soft and clean stays cleaner and brighter. Can use in hard or soft treated water.
