Creative Outlier Free Pro+

I saw some other people in the pool wearing similar (much more expensive) headphones and thought I’d give them a try. Hooked these up to my laptop, transferred a few DJ mixes, and I was good to go. They sound great and have amazing battery life (I’ve only charged them once in the past two weeks). My only gripe is with the rubber plug that you need to stick in the microphone hole - I keep checking to make sure it hasn’t fallen out. Hopefully a newer model will resolve this issue.

Sound quality and battery life is excellent. Adjustable transducers help get the best fit. The buttons are too close together to distinguish whilst wearing and too hard to press. Really struggle sometimes to either change track or adjust volume/pause when on my bike. Frustrating. File transfer is also flaky, at least on my android phone using a usb c to female A adapter. Transferring too many tracks and it fails so have to transfer a few at a time. I ended up plugging headset into my router and accessing via samba share which seems to work better. Maybe better on a PC but don't have one to test. Bluetooth connection working fine but I mainly bought for onboard storage potential. I don't use for swimming so can't comment on water proofing but i've used in the rain with no issues. Great headset let down by avoidable design flaw of the buttons.

These are a truly cracking set of ear speakers, so light on your head you would hardly know they were there and as I principally purchased them to listen to audiobooks the sound is excellent, but I've used them in strong winds on the bike for 3 hours and the (Jazz) music sounded sweet and clear despite the wind, which ear buds simply don't achieve; at least for me, and the wearable neck speakers are excellent but get very sweaty and uncomfortable on the bike.

Would have been a solid 4 stars until last week. I have had them for less than a year and as I was listening to them they got locked in a cycle of switching on, pairing, then resetting. Going through the this cycle again in a loop. The master reset does not work and when I try to connect it to my PC it does through a similar cycle. It is detected by the computer but there is a problem with the memory but automatically disconnects then reconnects before I can do anything. I do not expect a product to fail in less than a year.

Bought in June 2024. In Dec it was looping on and off and shortly after one of the arms broke off rendering it useless

So these are comfortable and easy to wear for a long period. They allow external sound to your ears and feel less claustrophobic than the ear buds. But there is a place for both, the buds are used to block out the world and these have been used to allow parts of the world in. They are indeed useful when I go running. I purchased a running buggy so I can exercise while I have my daughter and these headphones are great because they allow me to hear everything around me, like cars and other people. With my old headphones this was not possible so I stopped wearing them for the safety of my daughter but I missed the motivation music gives me. Other than that, I find them useful for running but that's pretty much it, you can not use them in public transport unless you want everyone to hear the music you're listening. You also have to turn the volume up to really hear so yeah.Otherwise. The sound was tinny with no bass at all to speak of and when turned up there was distortion in the treble. I did try to adjust the headset but to no noticeable benefit.

Found these easier to use than earbuds which don't seem to want to stay in my ears! Makes listening to a podcast while out walking a breeze.

Price point good if on sale. 70/80 quid ish. Memory on board means no phone needs connected. Sound quality pretty reasonable so no issues there. Comfortable. Just need mp3 files to load it up. Buttons fiddly but can get used to them.

Soweit super, Klang ist in Ordnung. es ist ein USB Ladekabel dabei mit dem man ihn wie einen USB Stick befüllen kann. Der eingebaute Player spielt die mp3 okay ab, die 3 Tasten Bedienung ist intuitiv und brauchbar. man kann auch damit tauchen und selbst wenn man den Mikrofonstöpsel mal vergisst ist das noch kein Problem. Die Stöpsellösung ist nicht ganz optimal weil fummelig. wenn man den Hörer länger oben hat, schwitzt man zwangsläufig unter der Gummi Membrane Sehr ärgerlich: Ich habe es noch nicht geschafft, ein zweites usb Kabel auf der CREATIVE site zu finden (als Reserve wenn das mitgelieferte verloren oder kaputt wird)

La memoria è un pò piccola, ma collegate al telefono fanno il loro lavoro. Fatte provare anche ad amici. Ottime per un ascolto tranquillo. Provate da amici in piscina ( io odio l'acqua di piscina o mare :) ). Il cambio di suono è ancora meglio. Provate con musica rock e hardstyle. Lìunica pecca è il cavo di ricarica/trasferimento dati che per me è molto scomodo.

Los utilizo en la piscina y son una pasada! Se escuchan genial y la bateria dura mucho. Totalmente recomendables!

If you're an avid swimmer and love music, this is the headset for you! The Creative outlier free pro+ are completely water proof, have amazing audio quality underwater and a long battery life! I was so impressed by how much better the audio is underwater (not that they're bad normally) but the contrast was insane. My only concern initially was them being too loud and bothering people around me but even on max volume, someone sharing the same lane with me couldn't hear a thing. Please do yourself a favour and get these if you swim often!
