Does this numpad allow you to output numpad codes with ALT on windows? or is it just number keys like the number row on a standard keyboard?

To be 100% clear, this numpad does NOT output proper alt codes on windows. I have tried many many times. For some reason it'll send an alt code once and a while, but 99% of the time, it just doesn't work.

This keypad is not backlit. The only light on this keypad is a small light on the top right that indicates that NumLock is on or off.
