Can someone explain the difference in wheel size. Does it mean more speed?

Example : a 62mm wheel is taller than a 57mm wheel. Say they are both 98A (hardness of wheel). The taller 62mm wheel will be able to get more acceleration than the 57mm wheel due to it being taller, which means it should travel faster. But the 57mm wheel will give you a bit more agility and be able to get speed more quickly as you push off, it just won't retain the speed as well as a taller wheel as you coast because it would have to spin more times than a taller 62mm wheel.
