Not really too much to say here. It’s a 30 pound weight plate. It fits into my Frontline Athletic 2.0 ruck bag just fine. It looks to be made well. It will help with my ruck workouts and the price was fair.

It's a plate, not much to say honestly. Fits comfortably in the average rucksack and hiking bag, the weight is evenly distributed throughout, the carrying handle makes a great addition, big enough to get your hand through without sacrificing leverage.

I like these. They don't seem the standard sized plates for rucking, had to look around for a bag to hold them, but I like them. Fit well in the bag I got, 5.11 rush 12, which I also liked and reviewed. These plates fit well in my hand to use other than humping on my back. Besides the size, they are great.

Fits perfect in the back section of my hiking pack (LAPG Atlas 12 Hour). Exactly what I wanted for rucking, and much cheaper than many other similar products.

Fits perfectly in the water pouch on a 5.11 Rush 24 2.0 backpack.

Well made as a piece of cast iron can be. I slip it into my daypack for additional exercise. Should use it more often.
