Small but powerful.
Great price for what I got. I wanted this for pruning trees. I cut a few 5" limbs also. Drains the battery when using for that size. But worked great. The blade release is sturdy. Has a lock to prevent accidental energizing when changing blades.

Smooth operation and gives a straight cut.
The saw works great , no issues and runs smoothly. Also has light on front so you can follow your saw line and get straight cut.

Seems to work ok, compatible with my older tools batteries.
I bought this for jobs I didn't need a real chainsaw for. Seems ok.

Reliable, good value
Reliable tool. Have been using it mostly to cut down bamboo. Works great. Weight is reasonable. I am using a 6Ah battery, which lasts for a long time. All in all, one of my most used tools around the farm.

Warning - register.rigidpower.com is compromised
Rigid is a good manufacturer. However the site to register the product at register.rigidpower.com is compromised and downloads a shopping app that throws up scareware warnings asking you to call a bogus phone number to get Microsoft assistance in cleaning your computer. I had to clean that off my system. Additionally I used two differen browsers. Firefox asked me to load the malicious shopping app. Using Edge I got a ScareWare warning wanting to call the bogus number. Be vigilant!

works as shown, but battery does not last long, much shorter than same brand screw gun.
