Easy to use and gentle
This mixes easily and is very gentle on my stomach. No strong taste and no bloating or discomfort. Easy to add into a daily routine and feels like a good-quality product. It’s my go to.

Good mixture
I love that it contains probiotics, prebiotics, and glutamine all in one. Definitely worth the money. No taste at all. Helps with bloating and digestion.

Doesn’t mix very well.
The product really works. I noticed a difference after just a couple of days. I just wish it mixed in better. After mixing it with a frother on high for a couple minutes, it still all settles to the bottom.

Probiotics and L-Glutamine
The main reason I got this was because it has L-Glutamine and probiotics/prebiotics. The product does come with a measurement scoop which made it easy to use the correct amount. The powder itself is suppose to be unflavored. However, adding it to juices did alter the flavor for me significantly enough that I wouldn't try it again or recommend it that way. When mixed in coffee, it was easier for me to drink. The powder itself also doesn't mix very well so can be felt when drinking. I do like this product for what it provides. However, I wish it was easier to mix and even less taste.
