Great price for lock replacements
Installed in a 2000 tacoma prerunner. Install was easy and it solved the problem of the truck being hard to start due to the original ignition switch wearing out. Its hard to explain but it doesn't feel as high of quality as the OE one (duh) but for the price and how quickly I got it, I can't complain. Everything lined up and it functions fine. Truck gets driven a couple times a week and so far still holding up after several months.

Ignition switch and door tumblers for 2000 Toyota Tacoma with keys...c
This set-up was for some Toyotas but not mine. The door tumblers worked great but the ignition switch was not for a 2000 Tacoma with column shift auto transmission. Mine had a longer tail on the ignition switch...c

This product doesn't fit a 1998 Toyota Tacoma
Contrary to the vendors representation and that of Amazon, this product, while it goes in fine to the housing for the cylynder, lack a connection long enough to engage the steering wheel lock and therefore while you can start the car with it, you can't return the key to the lock position. Very disappointed in this as I need the vehicle to work today. Amazon, shame on you for representing that this would fit my truck. I should have used EBay!!!!

Worked for my 2002 Tacoma! I did notice the "tail" on the new ignition was shorter but it fit and worked, steering wheel lock works too! I ended up replacing the original keys with some higher quality keys from a lock smith and they also lubricanted the locks for me and I have no issues!

Door lock cylinders worked fine but they don't mention in the ad that this doesn't work for TILT steering columns. The one in this kit is about an inch too short. Ended up just rekeying the old cylinder to the new keys using parts from both.
