Good for colds
My go to! Love to keep these on hand at all times. If I think I might be getting sick I take them as directed. Also, when you are sick they will soothe your throat and elevate symptoms of your cold. Doesn't taste bad but has a cooling feel.

Zicam it's the best thing for a cold, if you take it at the first son of a cold and take it every 4 hours, put it one under your tongue.Trust me , it'll make you go away
