I love it, I am reordering it again today (3rd bottle). Great price too. Capsules are small and easy to swallow. This works great at healing leaky gut! This supplement has a little bit of Inulin (prebiotic fiber) in it which is great but I would recommend taking more. I take 4 grams of Inulin daily which ensures the good bacteria from this supplement are very well fed and it keeps me feeling full all day long (I put it in my water bottle, mixes well).
