So far I've used this on battery clamps. The sleeves they make for those tend to slide around and expose parts of the clamps that I need covered. I use this tape to hold the sleeves in place and keep the correct color. So far, this red tape holds better than the real expensive brand I have for the black tape bought locally at a big box store. The black tape keeps coming off. So, I ordered the black tape version of this. Basically, this is better than a roll of black tape I have that costs three times as much. I still wish it had a little more sticky to it but it seems to hold really well. I sometimes wish it was sticky like the black duct tape. Well, maybe not quite that much but closer to it. LOL So far, this roll of red tape has far exceeded my expectations, especially for the price.

Good tape. I used it to mark and identify wire. It was very sticky and stretched nicely over the 3 gauge wire. Very pleased with the results and quality.

It's a bit of a problem getting the paper/plastic off of the rolls of tape...probably just because they were/are older and/or shrink wrapped too long? One or the other. So that's a bit frustrating. but the tape itself is excellent.

I use this mainly to identify a black wire as hot on my inverter system. Both my hot and neutral wires are black so I needed a way to tell them apart over a 12 foot run. I just wrapped a couple inches every few feet. Did the job. A sticks good so far and easy to use. Great for the price.

Very strong, but does not stick very well. Not so sure if it should be used for something like residental wiring. I need to use a tiny amount of hot glue to secure it.
