Will this accept the Sirius XM satellite radio module from Harley that I already have or is there a separate satellite radio add-on?

Not sure about the add-on module but I downloaded the Sirius app to my phone and use it to play XM… that works great

Can I use an amp and the Harley CarPlay USB? I only see one USB hookup.

Yes… as long as the amp connects via RCA jacks

Will this work with EITMS function/ control?

I've never used the EITMS, never, and where I live Temps get up to 110 degrees, so to answer your question, idk
