high quality purchase for a decent price
this is an industrial level sturdy, easy-to handle, easy-to-use brush for elevated spaces. the height can easily reach & clean windows on to the 1st floor of most indian homes. It's easy to learn and can be used by home staff and is bearably heavy

microfiber cloth size is too small and viper quality is weak
The microfiber head is tiny; it feels like trying to wash a whole roof with a toothbrush. It gets soaked and filthy after just half a panel, leaving you just pushing mud around. The squeegee (viper) is even worse. Because the head is so small and poorly aligned, it won't stay flat on the glass. One side constantly lifts up, leaving streaks everywhere.

A great product to clean the solar panels easily.
First and foremost the packaging of the item was very good. The aluminium pole was well fastened using 5-6 cable ties so no rolling no damage. Secondly the 6m (20 ft) aluminium pole is really sturdy and slightly heavier also. No bend observed while lifting. One can easily reach and clean 5 vertically mounted solar panels (5x4'=20') and 2 horizontally mounted panels (2x8'=16'). Coming to the brush part, it is really soft and water observant like turkish towel, so no scratch on the panels. One can easily remove the towel like brush and wash it also separetly, the wiper rubber on the other side is also flexible and can wipe the water without leaving any marks. The plastic housing of the brush is really good. Overall a very good product for solar panel cleaning.

Safety
This product is okay for use in open areas where there are no nearby electric lines. But for regular home rooftop solar panel cleaning, a fiber or non-conductive (plastic) handle would be a much safer option. Overall: The product does the job, but from a safety point of view, the design could be improved.
