The cable that had to connect the pad didn’t work. I ordered the same item twice hoping that only one or them had issues, but none of them worked. One of them didn’t work at all and the other one, I had to keep twisting the cable and hold it in a specific angle for it to stay on.

Lastig om echt te beoordelen want ik gebruik het voor mijn hond. Ik vind wel dat die erg warm kan worden, had liever alleen koude lllt willen hebben.

I decided to replace my old heat pad with this red light one, and I couldn't have made a better decision. This pad is quite effective. It can be adjusted to fit any part of the body because it’s large enough to cover my upper and lower back, and it can be adjusted for use on the neck and knees; the Velcro is super strong and fits perfectly. It has a control to adjust the heat and a timer to set the usage time. The wrap is very comfortable and provides great pain relief and a soothing sensation that complements any physical therapy. I’m super happy with my purchase! 100/100!!
