Great Value for Money!
So I was tired of my very large (and thick) wallet cramping my style, making one side of my ass a good half inch or a little more uneven on one side, it was very uncomfortable to sit *anywhere* with a traditional leather bifold (the kind you can get at Kohl's, for instance). Well, I still wanted a bifold for my ID -- this wallet has that covered, plus, two other exterior pockets *and* a silicone strap? for 30 dollars? That's kind of a steal. Granted, there is some concern here for the silicone cash band -- if it gets loosened and loses elasticity I am not positive if they are replaceable, as they are on some other brands. That said, all of the materials appear to be of reasonably good quality and the wallet actually feels quite durable. I've had mine almost a month and it still looks brand new, not a mark on it. I want to address a couple things, though. A LOT of reviews for this wallet complain that it's too bulky. Are you out of your mind? Sure, maybe next to a really ultra-minimalist wallet its a little thicker, but coming from a Dockers leather bifold, this thing is really, really slim and small. I have a total of 10 cards in mine and honestly it's maybe 1/3 the thickness of my Dockers wallet. (NOTE: because my wife is disabled and I have to accompany her to all of her appointments, I keep her ID, insurance cards, and bank card in my wallet since she never goes out alone - which is why I bought the Docker's bifold, and THIS wallet is so much nicer, so much easier to deal with. So, despite it's very small size, it easily holds everything I need to have on hand, which is carrying cards for 2 people in 1 wallet. This review reallyis 4.5 stars out of 5 because I am not blown away, but I am happy with my purchase, so there's that. This wallet *does* appear to be very well-made and durable. I do not believe there is actual top-grain leather in this wallet, but even so it is *still* a really nice wallet. This is an item I would buy again. Also, these things probably make great gifts. It did come in a very pretty box.

I love the minimalist wallet!
This, in my opinion, is the perfect wallet. It can comfortably hold six or seven cards inside, one on each of the outside pockets, my drivers license, and a few bills, all without being bulky. It fits comfortably in my front pocket, so more sitting on my wallet and making my back sore. I prefer to carry my wallet in my front pocket, especially in crowded places. I had the lanyard on it for a while, but for me it was unnecessary and just added bulk and I don't always wear pants with belt loops. I've this style of wallet for years now. It's economical and sturdy.

Versatile and Durable
I have always been a tri-fold guy most of my life. I had an older, worn leather trifold with RFID coatings on the inside to protect my cards. Then, about three weeks ago, I accidentally washed the wallet and its contents, which of course I failed to remove from a pair of pants. When I discovered this, (after full wash) I removed any paper business cards that shredded and dried everything else out overnight - essentially laundering the cash. So, I said to myself, this would be a good time for a new wallet. I had my doubts about this open-air, new fangled tactical wallet but I have to say after about three days of carrying it, this thing really grew on me. It is small and somewhat compact, less footprint than a traditional wallet. It looks great. I chose the brown leather. It holds all my cards, about eight but will hold up to fifteen or so. Of course, the wallet thickens with every additional card you load in, but they are secure and RFID-protected. Took a while to get used to the money clip, but in these COVID days when cash is scarce, cards preferred, the money clip is used rarely. This wallet grows on you. It fits in pockets large and small, and you know it is there because of the aluminum frame, which gives it a durable, rigid feel but not clunky or uncomfortable. It is well-constructed and comes with a little tool to tighten down the tiny bolts holding it all together. Those add a rugged look to the wallet as well, if that's what you are going for. These types of wallets force you to rethink how and what you store in your wallet; truly a digital age, minimalist wallet, with little space for all that crap you know you keep shoving in your wallet that probably doesn't belong in there. Once you have reconciled the rugged cool look and functionality of this wallet, as compared to old bi and tri-fold leather, it becomes clear pretty quickly that this is a well-designed, well thought-out product. Price is right too. Great value.

Solid-Minimal-Plenty of Room
I’ve had this for two days, so I can’t leave an honest review on wear and tear however, I will gladly come back and update this. As mentioned by others, the boxing makes it a nice gift. I went with the blue, and I love how eye catching it is. In the images, I have 9 cards on the inside slot, 2 cards and 5 (quartered) bills in the clear ID compartment, one card on the outside of the wallet , and one additional card on the outside and opposite side of the wallet. In total I have 13 cards and 5 bills and the wallet does shut. I read many complaints in the reviews about the wallet flapping open or not shutting. Mine is shutting fine (as shown in pics) so they may just be random manufacturing defects. There isn’t a small latch or magnet to keep it shut but I wasn’t expecting one as I didn’t see it in the picture. As far as feel, it’s very soft. I did note people mentioning it stains when wet, so I am interested in seeing how it holds up. It’s compact enough to fit in my front pocket which I love. Doesn’t appear too comfortable in a back pocket, however , sitting on a wallet is never ideal or comfortable to begin with. Overall, I’m pleased with the aesthetic and build though it could use some upgrades such as adding felt on the inside of the plate to prevent scratching up your cards with the aluminum material.

An unusual but practical wallet
This is probably the best hybrid of a traditional bifold wallet and the minimalist wallets that have become so popular. I was a little skeptical at first, but it it turns out that this is exactly what I needed/wanted. The ID pocket is sufficient for my state ID and veteran's ID, as well as a CCW and my insurance card. The card pocket on the opposite side comfortably fits eight credit and/or store rewards cards (it wouldn't be a stretch to fit another card or two in there), and the two external pockets are great for storing my favorite and most often used credit cards. I'm not rocking the included RFID blocking insert but if I were I might have to leave a card or two at home to accommodate it. The metal bezel is a nice touch even it it's a little bigger than the pics suggest. But for the protection it offers whatever bulk it adds is worth the tradeoff. Everything fits securely courtesy of the rubber band and I can reasonably expect that if I drop this thing my stuff won't go spilling out all over the place. My only quibble is that the eyelet on the bezel is completely unnecessary for my purposes and I think it's a little ugly. So really it's a small aesthetic complaint which means it doesn't really matter. Overall this wallet looks good, functions well, and does everything I need a wallet to do with minimal fuss or frustration.

Tried it, nice style, but not for me.
At first glance, this wallet looks nice, and it looked like it fit the bill for a minimalist wallet. Upon receiving it, I really like the materials (the leather and aluminum), it felt solid, and fit in my pocket decently, but not as good as my old, non-folding wallet. I originally gave this wallet a chance because I really liked the design, but after less than a week of using it, I really did not like multiple things about it. First, it is definitely not as minimal as it is advertised to be, it is kind of blocky in nature, especially if you have anything else in your pocket with it. Secondly, and probably what deterred me the most is that the bifold aspect had no way to latch or keep shut and got annoying really quickly. I am sure if you are using it for months, you would get used to it, but I did not. I appreciate the effort put into the design, and I really wanted to like it, but it is just not for me. 3/5, to me there are better options out there.

Perfect Minimalist Wallet
I've had this wallet more over a month now. This wallet was exactly what I was looking for, something more compact than a traditional wallet but still big enough to carry my cards and IDs. The build quality and materials are great, the only thing I would add is perhaps a strap with velcro to keep it closed as magnets could damage some cards. Though that is definitely me being nitpicky. Otherwise, it feels durable and is comfortable to wear in a back pocket. I would highly recommend this to anyone that only has one or two cards that they use often as you only have two easy access pockets. Any other cards are kept all together in an internal pocket that is a bit more of a hassle to pull things out of. For those wondering about bills, I usually carry 5 neatly folded bills without any bulging. Any more than that and it will bulge a bit, though it's only noticeable outside of your pocket, you might be able to carry 7 or 8 bills without noticing a difference while inside of your pocket. Will update this review if I notice any problems.
