Very good machine, was easy to assemble and well priced for what you get. My unit was delivered with a faulty fitting that supplies air from the regulator hose to the preasure Guage on the front of the unit. CS addressed my problem immediately and determined a corrective action to ensure that the integrity of the product or their business was not compromised and the customer was completely satisfied. Issues happen but the difference in how the problem is addressed is worth more than money sometimes.

Perfect for what I uses it for

I was skeptical because of the price but they are a pretty good little cutter.It would not cut three-quarter inch steel but it wasn’t supposed I burned up a lot of the consumables trying to cut the three-quarter so I had to buy more consumables. All in all good little Cutter thanks Gerry

I've always wanted a plasma cutter, after seeing them on YouTube fabrication shows. Decided to pick one up, and I've been able to do stuff I never would have attempted otherwise. I chose the Hynade unit because they seem to have a well-regarded line of Mig, Tig, and Plasma tools, and seem perhaps to share tooling or ownership with BestArc, another highly reviewed option. I haven't had any complaints at all -- it's like a hot knife through butter, very controllable, the torch feels high quality and durable (I got a denim sleeve for the hose), and not a hiccup in 10 days or so of relatively heavy use. Thickest I've cut through was 1/2 in, but it did that with ease, moving more slowly, on 240v @ 40A (haven't cranked it to 50 yet, no need) The air line water separator / regulator seems to be removing a fair amount of water; I'm just using a Dewalt pancake compressor with no other filtration / desiccation, but I haven't had to change the consumables yet. One note was that I had to use a very significant amount of teflon tape to seal the air threads on the regulator / feed lines (like 10-15 wraps!) before it would properly seal. Also, the hose clamps they supply are pretty poor quality. Aside from those small issues which are easily fixed, I'm very happy and am very glad to have this capability in my shop. Makes me feel like taking on repairs and fabrication I never would have considered otherwise. Thanks!
