A sturdy, solid rack with no sway and legit capacity.
I live in a city where I'm able to use my e-bike for almost everything where travel is concerned. That said, I'm constantly loading, strapping, taping, roping and sometimes jamming (i know, i know...) items onto my bike. I've gone through several racks which look similar but just didn't last. Most wore out at the connections (inferior alloys) so that the screws became so loose the racks swayed under the load; resulting in cracking or bending which rendered them ineffective for future loads beyond a sandwich. Others just failed due to my own fault as I exceeded the recommended load capacity. All I can say is that when you're on your bike and faced with having to leave a valuable item or opportunity for one behind or try to make it work with what you have... well, you get the idea. The capacity for this rack is, so far, legit. I've had up to 130 lbs. of balanced laundry on it (a sea bag on plywood for stability) with no issues at all, other than having to do laundry in the first place (tmi). Also, no sway or listing which affected my handling. I have a heavy duty rear cage on it now. I'll be mounting removable grocery panniers next. Based on the storage and configuration of this rack, it's very versatile as to what you can mount on it. The size of the deck is about average, with slots for straps and the like. The key here, however, is the capacity to haul heavy loads without sway or list. Lastly, installation was quite easy for me. However, I've been through more than a few rack installations. The instructions aren't too bad, although you have to rely on the illustrations as the engrish is unclear. If you do get this rack, do not tighten the screws all the way until you have it all together. Also, the sliding adjustment for the protective spoke supports (you'll see) will need to have a specific Left/Right symmetry. Otherwise, it's pretty straightforward. oh, and there's a fender and a reflector. I was able to mount my existing rear light with brake sensor in place of the reflector without any modifications (bonus!). This is the best (bike) rack I've had under $75.00 to date.

Great product and holds true but needs clear instructions
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wanted to upgrade from my standard rack which only carried 55lbs and this upgrade said it can handle up to 300lbs. To be honest, I’ve carried up to 100lbs on this system and it still holds up very well! Works well: As stated above, with 100lbs on the carrier, it works very well. I recommend that you look at how you want to carry your stuff but also, add to this if all possible with a box carrier on top of the rack to offer more capabilities and it saves from carrying pannier but I like mine cause I carry my tools and water in them. Value for money: Excellent price and holds up very well! Hardware included: All the tools were included but there’s no clear instructions on what goes where. Ease of installation: This part was honestly the hardest part. After installing the main piece, the rest became a guessing game. Once you figure it out, it’s not too hard but I recommend watching the video on here or on YouTube to understand what to do.

3-1/2 lbs of beefy bike rack
I keep breaking welds on my bike racks that can't stand up to the rattling of third world roads. They last less than a year. This is a completely different approach that uses lots of beefy, i.e heavy, hardware to bolt the pieces of the rack together in place of welding them. The result is a significantly larger capacity, at a cost of significant weight. Weighs 2 lbs more than the 1.5lb racks that keep breaking, nearly all of it being bolts and screws. Installation takes longer too as you are bolting together pieces that usually come welded together. The rack clamps on to your seat stays, and they include rubber gaskets to keep from scratching the bike. It was easy to avoid interfering with the exposed, bare rear shift cable. The hardware is first quality including locking bolts, design is well thought out, and they include all the tools you'll need and clear instructions. If it fails, I'll be back, if there's no update, you can assume it's still going. Update: 9 months later, it's still going strong. I didn't appreciate how much higher up this thing sits compared to other racks, about 6 inches higher. That means all the panniers that normally hit your heels when you pedal are out of the way with this thing. One thing of note: I kept checking and retightening all the bolts each month and lots of them needed tightening for the first two months as things settled into position. By month three everything remained tight. Update 18 months later - still going strong. Was told it was going to destroy my bike but I've had no issues with it.

Sturdy and fits great!
This thing is solid. Of all the things on the bike this is definitely not the weak link. It definitely holds up to the 310lb capacity. Easy to install, looks great and a great size for almost anything.

Direct fit perfectly , although the directions were not that good , it was very easy to figure it out logically after looking at the photo

Package was missing washers
Good design, multiple functionality, bike rack, bike back seat, rack size, value for money. Alot of assembly required!!! For some (like myself) light fabrication is required. Solid support materials used tho. Pretty sure my bike frame is gunna be stronger when I get done tapping & bolting this bike rack frame directly to the bike frame & then adding quick steel/ JB Weld lol. My frame is too big for the original fittings to work.

Good quality
Really strong, washers needed to be bigger for some parts. I don't know about 310lbs but it does hold 200lbs lol

Well built and versatile.
Rack is very versatile. The thing can hold a lot of weight. It's very over built. The hardware is great. You do need the seat post 3 inches above rear tire.
