Needed them quick through Amazon but they function as they should (well as much as these do). Put it over your wire and squeeze the metal bit with pliers. Simple and easy to use.

There was a big hard 'blob' of plastic where one of the wires should go on EVERY single one of these connectors. This meant that you could only get one wire in - and as they are made for joining two wires, this made them of no use whatsoever. This wasn't a slight bit of extra plastic by the way - it was impossible to push out. As if that wasn't bad enough, if you tried to put a wire into the open slot at the front, it was near on impossible to get in as the plastic was really hard and covered up most of the slot. It could be done, but you had to use a screwdriver to try to hold the clip open. Took me 15 mins to clean up with a drill, then fit two of these connectors - for what should have been a 30 second job. I've used loads of these connectors - from different sellers - and they were all fine. These are utter junk. You've been warned!

these wire lock connectors DO NOT WORK they are a wast of time and money

Buy some others as these are horrible, they appear to have been moulded using a copy of a copy of a copy of an original mould. They are misformed, it's easy to push the joining wire all the way through, the wire you're joining doesn't stay where the grove should be. They're made from some weird hard plastic which makes it almost impossible to get a wire into them, you have to prise them open with a screwdriver. Then if you get your wires where they need to be the metal connector bends when you use a set of pliers. Now there might be a special tool to do this, but I've never used on in over 40 years, always used pliers, but these just bend. So far I've thrown 50% away STAY CLEAR>
