oh my gosh, if you cannot sleep at night, you need to try these. These are absolutely awesome. I have the awful time trying to sleep at night since my husband passed away, but I take two of these at night and I get a very restful sleep and they taste so good.

Stick with Something Else
Has a weird chemical taste, which is somewhat easy to chew. Gummy textured. I have been taking 10 mg of Melatonin, and these don't initiate sleep anymore than them. They're okay, but wouldn't order again.
