Perhaps not as effective as the 20mg version.
I don’t feel that there as effective as the 20 mg. However this is my first night taking 60, it is 4 AM and I have yet to fall asleep. I also don’t feel that they are as tasty as the 20 mg.

Great gummy tasted. I pop a couple in my mouth, and by the time I'm done chewing i get a warm feeling. Time for bed ms.

Honestly I don’t think the gummies dosage is accurate. I took another brand that was 10mg and had an easier time falling asleep. They do the job here but I probably wouldn’t purchase again.
