Did exactly what I needed

My son ordered this and it works great!!

Before I explain why this product is bafflingly stupid and a waste of money, obviously I fell for the scam myself, so can only claim to be wise in hindsight ...When I first came face-to-face with the Riddell speed bolt, or whatever it's called, I thought to myself, "Huh, looks like you need a special tool to open that." Which is obviously just the thing Riddell and it's retailers want you to think, because search it up and Lo and behold, there's the very tool I need!" After all, it's such an unusual shape that surely it must perform some indispensible mechanical force on the bolt.Being a man, who relishes completing projects without instructions, I tried to apply the two main "business ends" of the tool to the bolt ... curse words. Then I looked up a YouTube video, and was astonished to learn that, in fact, the two tiny little nubs sticking out from the tool are the business ends of the thing. Really?!I inserted one of the little nubs into the center of the bolt, fiddling with the tool to find the right grip, and indeed it popped loose. Next, I tried the end of a small phillips head screwdriver, and guess what? Not only did it also work, but was much easier!Surely I'm missing something here, right? Is there another use for this tool? Because if that's it, then I say SHAME ON YOU, RIDDELL! Fleecing your customers like that ... very disappointing.
