Very bland, not smooth, odd aftertaste and texture
I figured these would be close to regular pasta so I tried some just plain with butter. That was a mistake. I am sure with a hearty sauce these might pass as okay. On there own with nothing to hide the texture and aftertaste it's not good. The flavor is strangely bland, with a strange light aftertaste I cannot describe. The chew isn't the same as normal pasta but not bad. The after texture is bad, a strange powdery residue. Again with a hearty sauce it's probably okay.
