Voy solo a dar mi opinión que no soy doctora ni nada que se le parezca. Compré este producto porque se me acalambraba la mano derecha horrible y lo empecé a tomar en las noches antes de dormir. Al cabo de media semana de uso los calambres disminuyeron significativamente y después desaparecieron los calambres por completo continuo tomándolo aún y no he vuelto a sentir malestar.
