It works!
My 11 month was banging his head on the floor to the point of bruising, so this was a godsend. He doesn't like it all that much but if I distract him for a moment he forgets about it and continues on playing. The best part is he stopped head banging almost immediately because the padding doesn't give him the sensation he's looking for. Because of this I've needed to use it less and less as he got use to not banging his head when he was frustrated about something. The fit is good and easy to adjust. The chin Velcro strap is the only weak point but if you twist it around itself it's harder for him to take it off. But for the price, this small point is forgivable. If your baby head bangs, this is definitely worth it!

Granddaughter pulled off immediately. Refused to wear. Too late to return. It’s good quality, if you can get your child to wear.

I should have bought it sooner
This has the perfect cushion to protect my granddaughter’s head. This has definitely brought us so much peace of mind. She gets the independence she’s been wanting without us hovering over her. My granddaughter started walking at 11 months and we have been overwhelming her with us hovering. She is now 13 months.
