Horticultural Calcined Clay Soil Bonsai Cactus Soil Additive for Succulent Plants (6 LB, 1/8 inch)

The pieces are pretty uniform in size but I will screen the slightly smaller ones out for propagating succulents. It had a little bit of dust but not enough to bother me and it washed out really easy. This is my 3rd bag and I will keep buying as long as the quality stays good like it is. The only thing I would change is the way it's bagged. Use caution when removing it and make sure you find the opening or you will spill it everywhere.

Going to meet the second time purchasing this for my cactus seedlings. I suppose it’s probably one of the most affordable ones out there. Either way, my street leads germinated fairly well with the turface as a topper.

Great product. Poor packaging. Delivered in a box. The internal bag was thin and was not effective in containing the product

Came quick. Well packaged. Used it for seed starting some milkweeds that like well drained soil. Worked out for me.

Perfect for egg incubation. Rinses easily, holds moisture well.

But this product for my desert roses and so far it’s worked out well for all of my succulents and cacti. My only problem is that this is not well packaged at all, and it was such a mess. The pebbles were loose in the box and anytime that you touch the box. Pebbles went everywhere. I had to repack into kitty litter bucket to be able to use it.

Quality amendments! My cactus thank me when I add this to support drainage and add color to the top dressing.
