Great support
Supportive and adjustable. Iโm tall and this worked a treat. Well made and high quality.

Really good - needs an adjustable rear elbow strap.
Used to support a damaged Supraspinatus shoulder tendon to take the weight off the shoulder. Great sling but one flaw - the elbow rear strap isnโt adjustable which is unfortunate. If they had made it adjustable this would be fantastic. Itโs still good. Itโs huge if you get the L size so no trouble getting the correct one for you. You can cut one of the straps in sections if you are a bit on the smaller size - do one section at a time rather than all 3 - if you screw this up youโll have to bin it - there is no going back once cut. Cut one section off as required then try it on - then more if necessary. These are large enough to fit even the largest folk: Comfy - strong - strong Velcro too. Itโs a winner -9/10.

Very supportive
Very supportive, It keeps the arm/shoulder still. Initially it seemed fiddly to put on but after trying a couple of times, I put it on easily. It is very comfortable on & aids my recovery. Good value for money & good quality.

Great quality product
This is great value for money for the quality. It is extremely comfortable in particular because of the back strap that ensures you get less pressure on your neck. If you are having to wear a sling on a long term basis I would definitely recommend

Pros and cons
While the general concept of the sling allows for several adjustments and reduces pressure on the shoulder, offering better immobilization than more conventional slings, there are two key issues: First, the strap designed to secure the sling in place is meant to be positioned at the lower arm, as shown in the demonstration film. However, it is sewn at the elbow/upper arm, making it less efficient and too tight. The circumference of the lower arm differs from that of the upper arm just below the biceps. When using it on the lower arm, there is no support for the Velcro, which is likely to result in damage very quickly. Additionally, it would be helpful if the length of the shoulder strap could be adjusted in the same manner as the waist strap. When adjusting the shoulder strap, I have to attach it at the top of the shoulder, which requires moving the shoulder cushion and then replacing it again. This makes it more complicated, especially when I need to wear the sling without assistance. I kept the sling because I needed a new one as soon as possible. However, since my healing may take several weeks, I will need another one, and I hesitate to order the same model. A little more attention to detail would make a significant difference.

Excellent and fully adjustable
Excellent arm sling, fully adjustable e.g., adjust your arm height and itโs very comfortable. Much better than the hospital issue sling. We found arm length to be the most important measurement, if you buy one thatโs too small your hand hangs out and is not fully supported. It isnโt obvious how the adjust the sling so we did need to read the instructions and look for the black patches of Velcro to open and adjust.

Comfortable with issues
Overall this sling is comfortable and puts no pressure on the good shoulder or your neck. Gives good support for rotator cuff injuries. However. Even after watching the video we found it confusing to fit for the first time. The strap that goes from the middle of the back and around the ribs to the front to fasten onto the arm piece of the sling is a thin webbing that tends to fold as you wear the sling meaning you have a strap half the width ie from a couple of inches to an inch (estimated). The inside of hand end of the sling has ribbon type bands which connect to the thumb loop. They are sewn top and bottom and lie either side of your hand. I find them really irritating. The thumb loop is in the wrong place to be of any use. The strap which secures the sling closed around your forearm is in the wrong place if you have any type of circumference in your biceps. I would have given 5 stars for concept but little things let it down.

Secure comfort shoulder sling
I first bought the L then the M but after finding the M a bit too small I bought another L. The sling is great for comfort and holds my arm in place well. I like the shoulder strap that doesn't dig into my neck like other brands and also adjustable. Probably, the only thing I am not happy with is it's not all that breathable when wearing it in the heat. It tends to get quite hot and sweaty but that's only a minor problem because I now have two that I can wear alternatively when I can hand wash the other. They would be fine in the cooler weather. It's great at night time and quite comfortable laying on my back. I like to put a cushion slightly under my shoulder to support it while sleeping. I can perform many chores wearing this sling and sometimes undo the bottom part to let my lower arm move to keep flexible. I definitely recommend this sling.

The shipping is fast and the sling is good.
Following a stroke impacting her entire right side and immobilizing her right arm. We bought our first sling (Willcom Arm Sling) which she found very helpful and comfortable. This is the third one we have purchased as they get a good work-out and we find eventually the velcro breaks off, through wear and washing. The re has been no problem with delivery which is another bonus.

Very comfortable
Broke my shoulder blade and this sling offers very good support and stabilization. The orthopaedic surgeon was very interested and agreed was a very good sling. Highly recommend. However, I don't recommend breaking your shoulder blade though.
