This has light flavor and it helped me sleep better at night. I do like that it comes with a stopper so you don’t need a securing spoon to measure.

I started having leg cramps maybe similar to restless leg and my BF wasn’t able to sleep - mannn when I say this works!!! We bought two bottle one for each other and took as mentioned writhing 15-20 mins it showed results. If it happens that fast for us I wonder for everyone else. Would absolutely recommend to all people !!

I use this every night before bed. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my quality of sleep since using it. Tastes good enough to squirt directly into my mouth and not have to mix with anything. The only issue is that the dropper doesn’t always fill up to the line, so you have to get some extra sometimes, but it’s not a huge deal.

This is my third order of this. Incredibly easy to use, great flavor, and helps with sleep patterns. This definitely puts you in REM sleep (especially if you suffer from insomnia) so you’re rested when you wake up (no fog). I take it an hour before bed followed by no screen time and head right to bed. It takes a few days to kick in and recommend 1 syringe versus two to start. Highly recommend.

I love this product and have been using for months. My most recent purchase though I am wondering if the formula was changed. The color is lighter and doesn’t seem as effective.

So far, this is the best magnesium product I've ever used.It helps me get a nice deep-sleep.Especially my early sleep. I'm ordering it now for a third time.
