What's included in my Sprout Hugger Set? (and what's NOT included!)

Each Sprout Hugger set comes with two silicone parts. A draining lid that fits over the opening of your jar, and a reservoir that catches any drips of water so that your counter stays clean and dry. We have not included a jar or seeds.

There are many options for buying organic seeds right here on Amazon. Just search "organic sprouting seeds" and pick a few that sound good to you. One note: the Sprout Hugger works best with seeds that are of a medium or large size.
