The pre-shave is 4.5 out of 5, the tube 1 out of 5. Every day I used it, I never managed to squeeze out more than 1 cm before the hole got blocked. I started unscrewing the cap before use to speed up the unblocking.

I do suffer from a lack of hair on my head and subquently have to shave my bald head. To stop bumps and spots I use a scrub to exfoliate. Read the description and sounds pretty decent. Ordered and was really disappointed! There is a distinct lack of scrubbing beads and as a result the product is more like a cream. Then the tube burst open from the wrong end the second time I used it. Contacted the seller who wasn’t really interested in what I had to say and pushed be back to amazon for a refund. Any company worth its weight should be interested in customer feed back as they could improve the product but hey ho

The product itself seems good so far, but I wonder if the manufacturer has ever tried squeezing the stuff out of the miniscule nozzle. You can squeeze a tiny amount out, and then immediately you have to remove the lid and try unblock it. It’s so bad I almost gave it two stars, BUT because the actual product itself is good I gave it three. I initially added it on my ‘subscribe and save’ but have since removed it and will try something else.

I bought it for my boyfriend and he says it's a good scrub and it matches expectations but it bother him a bit that he has to shower before to use the scrub and after shaving to get rid of the lose hairs. So keep that in mind. All in all, he likes that he does not get as many bumps anymore.
