I love this! The size is perfect for my home gym. It is perfect for strength training- the grip is so much better than when I was using a yoga mat. It’s easy to clean and has held up to my tennis shoes. It does smell when you first take it out but that has gone away. It was more expensive than initially wanted to spend on a mat but having used it I do think it is worth it if you exercise frequently!

While this may seem costly if evaluated on a cost per square foot basis, this is a top-of-the-line product that is as good as anything I have seen or used, even in professional settings. What impressed me most is that it did not have any "memory" in the sense of holding its curled shape at the edges. As I unrolled it, I firmly bent against the curling and it has laid flat ever since. This is thick and very sturdy, and does have some "give" when you plant an elbow or knee on it, but it does not feel like soft foam, which I certainly did not want. I love the firm feel, and it gives just enough. Excellent product!

Mine was about a half a foot shorter and half a foot narrower than described and that matters. It is very easy to like it because your feet grip it 100%. No slipping and feels very stable doing reverse lunges or any low impact stuff or any style of squats without heavy weights. Definitely like it. I have indoor dogs and some gets on the mat but dog hair and light debris falls right off when you roll it up, it’s got no static cling.. if it were the correct size I would give it 5 stars easily but it wasn’t and I think that it matters. Its “goodnuff” that the hassle of returning it overshadows just taking shorter steps..like it..but I don’t love it

Bought this for a basement home gym to protect LVP floors and add some support. The material on the bottom is perfectly gripping the floor so it won’t slide with my machines on it. The mat is just enough cushion to both protect the floor and be comfortable under your feet without it being too thick and squishy which could cause instability for some workouts if it was too thick.

My dog has a degenerative condition where she is losing function of her back legs. These mats are durable (it’s in a heavy traffic area) and easy to clean. I assume most people would use it for their in home gym, it would be great for that purpose or even in a kids play area.

The dimensions and thickness are great.

Ottimo imballo. Sono comprese cinghie per tenere il materasso arrotolato, custodia in cui riporlo, panno grande per pulirlo (con nastro per appenderlo attaccato con un bottoncino, che ha lasciato il segno… 🙄, credo si toglierà…). Il materasso è spesso, fornisce un buon attrito con il pavimento (piastrelle simil cotto, nel mio caso). Ammortizza i salti, attenua i rumori dei passi. Non attenua i rumori della corda. Proveremo con un tappetino aggiuntivo da metterci sopra. Di dimensioni grandi per saltarci a corda e muoversi liberamente durante la ginnastica aerobica, per fare gli esercizi a terra senza mai toccare il pavimento freddo. Per il momento molto soddisfatti dell’acquisto. Resta da vedere la resistenza all’usura, che eventualmente commenteremo in seguito. Pessime le tempistiche di spedizione, già valutate in separata sede, per cui non mi sento di togliere stelle all’oggetto in sé. Comprato il 21, arrivo previsto il 2 dalle 8 alle 20. Richiesta presenza in casa perché il pacco è ingombrante. Alle 8:33 del 2 arriva una email con cambio consegna, il 5. Tutto il 5, l’app di amazon mi da per certo l’arrivo in giornata. Senza nessun aggiornamento via email, il pacco non arriva. Email del corriere il 6, dopo le 10, con comunicazione di consegna il giorno stesso.

The only thing that "worries" me is that the product doesn't seem very environmentally friendly. But after a super extensive search (for real!), I decided to give it a go. The quality of the training mat matches the price, and I loved the size! It works perfectly with a workout that requires a lot of jumping; great for doing the famous "mountain climbers"! All good so far.
