Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management

I go to a Chiropractor/Clinical Nutritionist who practices Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing). Years ago, after her normal routine of testing me, she tested me with a sample of Internal Sweep , sold here on Amazon. It came up that my body would strengthen using this stuff. She had been working for some time to get to the bottom of a number of digestion tract difficulties that I was experiencing. She recommended this cleanse along with the Paranix, and the Klenz Tea that I could normally buy like a kit. I told her I was more than a bit skeptical. So she recommended that I buy this book. I did! I also bought Dr. Jensen's Guide to Better Bowel Care as well. What I saw in there in words and in pictures was amazing! It was loud and clear! I posted one picture here from this book (there's many more)! And I learned! Like the lion in the Wizard of Oz says: "Ain't it the truth! Ain't it the truth!" What I saw was real! As the pictures show, it's disgusting! But we unknowingly can be carrying this stuff around with us. You know, we don't talk about this stuff any more. We're not educated in taking care of some internal parts of our bodies like this. Maybe 70-80 years ago, this was care taught by parents to their children. Since then, a lot of this is now lost until we get into internal gastrointestinal and other difficulties. A lot with the intestines/bowels I found out, has to do with the Great American Diet! We eat the wrong foods, the harmful foods, foods that do not keep our body operating cleanly. Waste becomes putrefied and builds up along the walls of our intestines. Everything slows down! It prevents our bodies from absorbing nutrients. We don't eliminate waste the way we were designed to do. We've all heard of Toxic Bowel Syndrome, Spastic Colon, Irritable Bowel/Colon, and the list goes on. Much of this we bring on ourselves. Well, from that first advice, I did a few cleanses with surprisingly very good results, but especially the first. Now I always have some on hand and take some for a week or so just for maintenance, just to keep things going. I don't want to return to where I was. I keep a copy of this book around as a good reminder, although I usually giveaway to a friend in trouble and have to purchase another. Good thing it's still in print! This book can explain the consequences of not taking this seriously and therefore putting our health in serious jeopardy.

It's a good read about gut health that really, everyone should know.

I had a severe case of Candida Albicans, a systemic fungus that was all throughout my body and attacking my liver, ovaries and adrenal glands. Doctors didn’t know what it was or what to do about it. It was in the 1980s and I was starring in a play at the Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles getting more offers for Broadway and a TV series and just had to go home and sleep. Doctors said it was just “stress”…. But that didn’t explain why I would do a carrot juice fast and wake up in the morning with my eyelids stuck together with mucus. Turns out that I was born with oral thrush and had all the symptoms of Candidiasis in childhood- earaches and constipation. Sugar cravings came later as I grew older. I finally found this book and a nutritionist who had studied with Dr Jensen who agreed to supervise while I did this. I found a colon therapist who knew how to do body work that would release a lot of gas via massaging my shins during the colonic process and went on the program. I did a colonic every day during that week. By the end of the program (I think it was a week or a little longer) the colon therapist said he had never seen so much stuff come out of someone (LOL) and I was completely well. I could even eat foods that had previously given me severe allergic symptoms, like dairy products. I’ve recommended this book many times and people have had huge wins with it. I just recommended it again this morning and thought I would leave this review for others. I’m now in my 70s and healthier than ever with more energy than I had in 30s. Making up for the lost 10 years in the middle of my life that derailed everything. Your health touches everything in your life. Without it, you’re always struggling. With it, you own a very valuable savings account.

I liked the first half of the book before the instructions on how to do your own cleanses. I skimmed that part. But I learned a lot in the first part and recommend that to everyone to better understand the colon and how important it is to keep your colon healthy.

While I am not prepared to go ham on a somewhat disorganized protocol on how to get clean and recover from chronic health conditions, I am now clear about how important regular bowel movements are to overall health. I also can't believe that my family who are mostly RNs have not shared anything about the health of the colon or the importance of proper waste elimination through the body's various channels. I feel like this should have been in my high school health class more than info on STDs or STIs. I'm sharing the information in this book with my loved ones and starting with a less strenuous bowel cleansing protocol. When I get the courage and money to buy a Colema board and 22 other things needed for the 6 month to a year protocol, I will revisit this book. The book is a worthy read although it could use structural editing.

Dr. Bernard jenson is the authority on bowel cleansing. This book is an eye opener. Everyone who wants to take care of his health, should go through this book. This book explains how the stools struck up in different parts of colon affect different parts of the body. Highly recommended.

Started reading it. Well written. It was suggested by my yoga teacher. Glad that I bought it. So much info. A great addition to my library.

I think this is a must for every health conscious person. I bought one 20 years ago after a lymphatic nodule operation. I read it thoroughly and ordered the colema board and all the supplements necesssary as Dr. Jensen instructed and did it at home. It did reverse my critical health condition. Before that I have been seeing many different doctors....... only temporary relief and the long term use of medications has complicated the situation and finally ended up with CANCER! If I ever want to give a gift to anyone, I would suggest him to send for this book. You will learn how to clean yourself physically, mindly and spiritually.Simplicity is truth and beauty.
