First try at dry brushing. I read about it on a Facebook page for selfcare. It is supposed to make skin softer and with the tools, diminish appearance of cellulite and increase blood circulation in lymphatic system. I used the brush too much pressure and it scratched my back and neck. My legs look more crepe than before from using the tools with oil but im sure it broke up stubborn fat as I lost weight. Its a lot of work. Indo it once a month now.

Good product. I wish the bristles were less soft, and the handle, longer. But that is just my preference. Massagers are perfect!

I have always wanted to try dry brushing and lymphatic massage and I’m so glad I bought this set! I have sensitive skin and this brush is exactly the right amount of firmness, not too firm that it hurts but enough to get the job done. I also have surprisingly used the lymphatic drainage medium sized stick quite a lot and have found using them together really benefit eachother. Been using this 4 or 5 times a week and I'm really seeing a difference in my legs.
